Merry Christmas Everyone!

Actually, I do have a few more photos that are important to see if you want the full story of 2006. Of course, there was Christmas which was very merry. Lily was very good at tearing the wrapping paper off the presents. As it turns out, she doesn't really need toys at all, just a magazine or two to shred or the lid to her baby food cntainer to chew on.
There she is in her pack and play. She had pulled herself up without any help at all! It must have been her kitty cat costume giving her superhero strength. By the way, she no longer likes to be in her pack and play at all, now that she can crawl around the house. She changes so quickly, maybe next week she will like it again.
Mike was very sick with the Norwalk Virus in this picture. It was the end of the plague that struck our entire family starting on Christmas day. The winter of 2006 was a winter of unrelenting sickness. We blame it all on daycare.
Finally, we have Lily, letting us know that 2007 is great and we should just jump in.

Time Travel - Part 2

Here we have Lilyana in green velvet at her second Thanksgiving dinner which was hosted by Renee, Scott, and Caitlyn. Up next is Lily with Daddy on the plane ride home. In the next photo, we find Lily feasting on Zoe's shoe and Zoe recoiling in shock.
In December, Lily and Daddy were horsing around. Lily loves to be flipped upside down!
Finally, we conclude our tour of 2006 with a photo of Lilyana hard at work at the Graybiel Lab.
Thank you for joining us on our lovely trip down memory lane.

Time Travel - Part 1

Let's go back in time to see how much Lily has changed over the months that I have neglected this blog. We'll start with one photo from September. Wow, I can barely remember what I did yesterday but I do remember this day. We went out to the Lake in Sturbridge with Mike's mom, Maria. Lily was so tiny then.
Next, we have a goofy photo from October. The photo of her in yellow is of her waking up with her first tooth, also in October.
Here, we find Lilyana poised, politely awaiting her meal in her high chair, in November. Then, we have a multigeneration photo of Lily, myself and Bigmamma during our Thanksgiving visit to North Carolina.
